Refund Policy
Neurospicy Dating is a subscription-based online service. Your subscription provides immediate access to premium features upon successful payment.
Refunds are not automatically granted. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Examples of situations that may qualify for a refund include:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Billing errors.
- Technical issues that substantially prevented you from using the paid service and could not be resolved by our support team.
- Other circumstances determined by Neurospicy Dating, in its sole discretion, to warrant a refund.
Refunds generally will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchasing a subscription.
- Dissatisfaction with matches, member activity, or the outcome of using the service.
- Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing date.
- Suspension or termination of an account for violations of our Terms of Service.
- Partial use of a subscription period.
To request a refund, please contact support@neurospicy.dating within 14 days of the charge. Include the email address associated with your account, the date of the transaction, and a brief description of the issue.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Billing Questions
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly whenever possible.
