How to appeal a content removal or account suspension
Email support@neurospicy.dating with the subject line 'Content Appeal' or 'Account Appeal' and include:
- The email address associated with your account
- A description of the content or action you are appealing
- Why you believe the removal or suspension was made in error
We will review your appeal within 7 business days and respond with our decision.
How to request content removal
If you believe content posted by another user violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or your rights, you may request its removal by emailing support@neurospicy.dating with:
- A link or description of the specific content
- The reason for your removal request
- Any supporting evidence
Our review process
All appeals and removal requests are reviewed by a human moderator. We evaluate each request against our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable law. We reserve the right to uphold or reverse content decisions at our discretion.
Repeat violations
Users who repeatedly violate our policies may face escalating consequences, including permanent account suspension.
